Dr. Michelle M. Lee

Dr. Michelle Lee is very proud to provide all aspects of general, family, and cosmetic dentistry to the Fleetwood and Berks county areas. She is passionate about providing excellent, comprehensive dentistry to her patients and strives to provide gentle and painless dental care. She is committed to dental excellence, a comprehensive patient centered, and relationship based dentistry to the practice. Dr. Lee is a 2004 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and completed a one-year General Practice Residency program at Abington Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Lee continues to keep herself abreast of dental advancements in committing to many hundreds of hours of advanced dental education from the Pankey Institute, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), American Equilibration Society (AES), and other courses for advanced dental education. She also maintains a Faculty and Board of Director position at the Pankey Institute, A Non-profit Dental Institution for advanced dentistry.

Dr. Lee has advanced knowledge and training in the TMJ, Disorders of the TMJ (TMD), bite disorders, and Sleep Apnea. She continues to expand her knowledge in this field because she feels passionate about Dentistry based on the relationship of the Jaw Joint, Muscles, and Occlusion (teeth). Dr. Lee provides preventative, cosmetic and implant dentistry, TMJ therapy. She approaches dentistry with precision, accuracy, and artistic perspective.

Dr. Lee began her journey with the Pankey Institute in 2004 and her experience has changed her life both professionally and personally. The Pankey Institute allowed her to incorporate many invaluable skills and knowledge to build a better practice for her patients and create a more fulfilling understanding of a balanced life with her career and with her family. The Pankey motto, “Quid, Pro Quo,” remains very strong in Dr. Lee’s core beliefs and she truly values giving back to her community and in dentistry. As a faculty member at the Pankey Institute, Dr. Lee is inspired to carry out the Pankey mission of building a supportive community of learners and inspire dental professionals. Dr. Lee is actively involved with giving back to her community. She is committed to volunteering between 80-100 hours of service per year, both in dentistry and in her community combined.

Professionally, Dr. Lee is also a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Pennsylvania Dental Association, and serves on a committee of the American Equilibration Society. She also volunteers to treat pediatric patients through her local dental society.

Dr. Lee strives to have mindfulness in her life and loves being a mother and wife to her husband, MinSuk and her two children, Victoria (10) and Nathan (7). She truly enjoys hiking and reading, and most of all, spending time with her family.

Dr. Richard W. Reddy

Dr. Richard Reddy is a native of Berks County. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Albright College and then went on to receive his dental degree, a D.D.S., from Georgetown University School of Dentistry. He has been practicing and providing top quality dental care in Fleetwood and surrounding areas since 1978.

Dr. Reddy's success as an experienced professional in the oral health field is a direct result of a first-rate education, ongoing medical and technological training, and active participation in several leading national and regional professional associations. He was awarded the title Master of the Academy of General Dentistry in 2007, an extremely high honor in the field of general dentistry that fewer than 3,000 dentists share worldwide.

Dr. Reddy continues to strive for dental excellence by providing comprehensive care. He is also involved yearly in missionary dental services through several organizations and currently serves in the United States Army Reserve Dental Corps.
